Biographyness
Sango's village consists of a large group of Youkai (demon) exterminators led by her father. The best Taijiya, along with Sango, were called to a castle to destroy a spider demon. The lord of the manor (who turned out to be Naraku in disguise) took control of Sango's younger brother, Kohaku.
Naraku took care of Sango and, when she was healthy enough to fight, helied to her saying that InuYasha had destroyed her village. Naraku lended her a shard of the Shikon Jewel to keep her from feeling pain. When Sango found InuYasha, he convinced her that Naraku betrayed her, and the shard of the Shikon Jewel fell out of her back. Kagome, too helps Sango recover and she joins the group to get revenge on Naraku. Also, she seems to have feelings for Miroku, and eventually reveals that her village is where the Shikon no Tama was created.
Sango's favourite and weapon of choice is the Hiraikotsu (giant boomerang), and she also has a trained youkai named Kilala.
